Worked as a designer/develoer for a small design consultancy in Tokyo, Japan. Participated in a wide range of projects from start to end, which included concept visualization, storyboarding, web/mobile site development, UI design/development, and product design.

Kiban.Inc, Tokyo, 2002 and 2004

Project assistant for a web development company. Worked on a variety of projects including: coding HTML, Flash authoring, making proposals, organizing and managing the projects for several clients which include real estate, education and government.

Tokyo Designers Block Committee, Tokyo, 2003

Worked with eight staff members for a design event hosting over 200 domestic and international designers. Negotiated with several retail stores and communicated with international designers for exhibiting their work, and organizing human resource for each event needs.

Gaia and Gino Sponsored project: design for a dog brand - dog beds and a dog mirror

Creating a dog brand with several dog products based on dog behavior, fi nally to exhibit at Sportmax in Milan and MaxMara in New York, 2006.

Ozeki sponsored project: designed akari lamps (Japanese paper lamp)

Collaborated with Maho Uchida. Creating Japanese paper lamp. Using a module system and same techniques as Isamu Noguchi’s Akari lamp. Finally to exhibit at both Art Village in Kanazawa, Japan and Isamu Noguchi Museum in Queens, New York, 2001.

Produced ceramic tableware

Produced and sold ceramic tableware for three years. Focused on creating useful and affordable price cups, dishes, vases, and bowls with craft oriented detail. Using wheel modeling and many kinds of graze, 1997 - 1999.
